Your price includes components for (1) capacity & transmission factors (prices, pool reserves, obligation scale factors, zonal scale factors, etc.) as stated by the ISO and found at https://www.pjm.com/markets-and-operations/rpm.aspx and (2) tag values as provided by the LDC; both of which are established and incorporated as of the most recent relevant filings and EDI transactions (tag values) sent to GAGE. For periods where postings have not been made or relevant EDI have not been communicated (collectively “missing postings”), the values for the flow dates immediately preceding the missing postings (where available) shall be assumed for future periods.
Your price includes components for ancillary services, including Transmission Enhancement charges and credits (ASTC) which are established and incorporated based on the rates experienced by GAGE as of the most recently completed 12-month period. If for some period GAGE, in good faith and in reasonable response to information made available to it, projects ASTC to be different than the most recent 12-month period, these projected factors shall be used.
Your price includes components (types, percentage obligations, qualifying facilities, etc.) for your states Renewable Portfolio Standard as provided by Table A under Subchapter 2 of BOARD OF PUBLIC UTILITIES Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Adopted Amendments: N.J.A.C. 14:8-2.3 and 2.6. For each case above, if data or estimation data is unavailable, GAGE shall use its best judgement.
